Refund policy

**No Return & No Refund Policy for Hair Products**  

Due to the nature of our products, **all sales are final**. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any hair products, including wigs, hairpieces, clip-on hair extensions, hair toppers, scrunchies, wig shampoo, wig conditioning spray, wig stands, and styrofoam heads.  

Reasoning for This Policy:
1. Hygiene and Sanitation– Hair products are considered personal-use items, and for health and safety reasons, we cannot restock or resell items that have been opened, tried on, or used.  
2. Product Integrity – To maintain the highest quality standards, we ensure that all products are brand new and unused. Accepting returns would compromise the integrity of our inventory.  
3. Customization & Variation – Many hair products may have slight variations in color, texture, and style due to manufacturing processes and screen differences. We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions and images before purchasing.  
4. Preventing Fraud & Misuse – Unfortunately, some customers may attempt to use products and return them, which makes it difficult to maintain fair business practices.
